Product introduction
Foam double-sided adhesive refers to a double-sided adhesive coated with strong acrylic adhesive on both sides of the hair bubble cotton substrate, and then covered with release paper or release film. If both sides are covered with release paper or release film called sandwich double-sided adhesive paper, sandwich double-sided adhesive is mainly made to facilitate double-sided adhesive punching. The foam double-sided adhesive has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good retention, good waterproof performance, strong temperature resistance and strong UV protection ability. Hair bubble cotton base material is divided into: EVA foam, PE foam, PU foam, acrylic foam and high foam. Adhesive system is divided into: oil adhesive, hot sol, rubber and acrylic adhesive.

PE foam double-sided adhesive refers to the PE foam on both sides of the substrate coated with acrylic glue made of double-sided adhesive. Color mainly white, black and gray, commonly used thickness of 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 3.0mm, foam foaming times of 5 times, 8 times, 10 times, 15 times, 20 times and 30 times, Release mainly for release paper (white, yellow) and release film (red, green, blue, orange), use: suitable for picture frame decoration strip, furniture strip, car strip, wave board, wheel arc, block flow, plate brake light, car logo, motorcycle sign, electrical nameplate, wool strip and other aspects of pasting fixed function, features: Strong adhesion, good retention, UV protection, temperature resistance, water resistance, solubility and plastic resistance. • EVA foam double-sided tape
EVA foam double-sided adhesive refers to double-sided adhesive coated on both sides of EVA foam substrate. PU foam double-sided adhesive
PU foam double-sided adhesive refers to a double-sided adhesive made of acrylic glue coated on both sides of PU foam (polyurethane) substrate. Color is white and black, commonly used thickness of 0.8mm and 1.6mm, mainly covered with blue with grid release paper, has strong adhesion, good stickiness, waterproof, good hardness, good toughness and strong weight resistance, suitable for hook, billboard, drawing board, plastic strip, metal sheet adhesion fixed, applicable temperature: -20℃-120℃.
Acrylic foam double-sided tape
Acrylic foam double-sided adhesive refers to the acrylic foam substrate on both sides coated with acrylic glue made of double-sided adhesive. Color has white, gray, transparent color and black, thickness is also more, mainly 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.64mm, 0.8mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, white release paper and red release film, It has the advantages of high adhesion, high retention, water resistance, temperature resistance, strong bearing capacity and so on. Detection method
1 Overview:
1.1: The test plate affixed with the sample is hung vertically on the test rack, and the lower end is hung with a weight of the specified weight. The displacement of the sample after a certain time or the time required for the sample to be completely separated is used to determine the ability of the adhesive tape to resist pulling out.

2 Operation method:
2.1 Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, and place the weight in the lower slot of the hanger.
2.2 Press the "Close" button to stop the unused station, and press the "Open/Clear" button to restart the time.
2.3 After removing the 3 ~ 5 rings of adhesive tape in the outermost layer of the test paper, unwrap the sample roll at a rate of about 300 mm/min (remove the isolation layer of the flake sample at the same rate), and cut 25 mm wide and 100 mm long samples in the middle of the adhesive tape every 200mm. Unless otherwise specified, the number of samples in each group shall be not less than three.
2.4 Scrub the test board and loading board with cleaning agent and wipe it carefully with clean gauze, and then clean it three times. Above, until the working face of the board has been cleaned by visual inspection. After cleaning, do not touch the working face of the plate with hands or other objects.
2.5 At the temperature of 23℃±2℃ and relative humidity of 65%±5%, paste the sample parallel to the longitudinal side of the plate in the middle of the next test plate and loading plate according to the dimensions specified in Figure 2. Roll the sample with a press roller at a speed of about 300 mm/min. Note that when rolling, only the force generated by the mass of the roll can be applied to the sample. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific product situation, if there is no provision, the reciprocating rolling three times.
2.6 After pasting the sample on the board, it shall be placed for 20 minutes at a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and relative humidity of 65%±5%. And then we're going to experiment. The plate is fixed vertically on the test rack, and the loading plate and weight are gently connected with dowel. The whole test rack is placed in a test chamber that has been adjusted to the required test environment. Record the start time of the test.
2.7 Remove the heavy objects after the specified time. A magnifying glass with indexing was used to measure the sliding displacement of the sample, accurate to 0.1mm; Or record the time when the sample falls off the test plate. If the time is greater than or equal to 1 hour, the unit is min; if the time is less than 1 hour, the unit is s.
3 Treatment of test results:
The test results are calculated as the arithmetic mean of displacement or shedding time of a group of samples.
